Host Tom Donelson and guests, George Landrith and Joe Mangiacotti, discuss the Clancy case, in which the killing of three children was tried. While the woman who killed them admitted having done so, she also claimed that she lacked the criminal intent due to postpartum psychosis. The jury was unable to agree on either her guilt or her innocence, so it was a “hung” jury. We also discuss: (1) how jurors who were nurses used information that was not presented as evidence at the trial; (2) Should the defense attorney be allowed to go after a juror and endanger him? (3) Will the governor pardon Clancy? (4) The Governor recently signed a law allowing abortion at birth. Does this lead to infanticide and justify a mother killing her children after their birth?
